Product Introduction
The MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch meets all situations requiring a mechanical vibration switch and provides the most economical vibration protection for machinery operating at low to medium speeds. It is equipped with a simple structure and highly reliable off-center quick action sensing element and spring mechanism. This type of vibration switch is easy to install, compact in size, low in price, and has strong anti-interference capability.
When the vibration along the switch sensing axis exceeds the set point, the sensing mechanism of the switch will transition from a non-triggered stable state to a triggered stable state. In the event of extreme vibration, it can automatically shut down the machinery or trigger an alarm. Once the vibration causes a trigger, the switch must be reset to a non-triggered state using the on-site reset button, or the remote reset coil can be selected.
The MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch provides a single set point SPDT micro switch, which can be connected to mechanical control or warning circuits. Users can also choose two SPDT micro switches to meet DPDT control needs, but these two SPDT micro switches must have the same set point.Product Features
