EVS1105 Electronic Vibration Switch (Threaded Installation)
Product Introduction
The EVS1105 is a programmable electronic vibration switch based on microprocessor technology, designed as a general-purpose vibration protection device for rotating machinery. The product uses a piezoelectric accelerometer to sense vibration signals and outputs a 4-20mA analog signal proportional to vibration velocity/displacement and acceleration. It features three keys for setting alarm values, interlock values, and delay time parameters; when the vibration amplitude exceeds the set alarm or interlock value, it triggers the corresponding relay to output a node signal. The EVS1105 also provides three reset modes: remote reset, menu reset, and magnetic stick external reset. Measurement parameters can be programmed, and the full-scale range can be set arbitrarily. The product is widely used in centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal separators, cooling towers, industrial fans, electric motors, internal combustion engines, and diesel engines.Product Features
